Responsibilities

• Lead medical group operations for a portfolio of clinics within the designated market.
• Develops and manages budgets for areas of responsibility; reviews budget and management reports.
• Guides development of proposals and business cases to deliver strategic imperatives; partners with leaders on market responses.
• Provides guidance, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities to help team reach potential and strengthen succession.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies and participates in learning to stay current on issues, trends, and research.
