Job summary

Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital in Chandler, AZ, seeks a Director of Outpatient Services to lead PHP and IOP programs, drive clinical and operational excellence, and expand access to care.

You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, partner with leadership to grow referrals, and champion patient outcomes in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Master’s or Doctorate-level licensure required; 4+ years in behavioral health with leadership experience expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate-level Licensed Clinician – e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD.
• Minimum of 4 years in behavioral healthcare, including 2+ years of operations and managerial experience.
• Experience with PHP and IOP levels of care strongly preferred; experience in acute psychiatric hospital or residential SUD settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and clinical program for PHP and IOP services.
• Achieve business objectives including ADC, visits, revenue, EBITDA, patient retention, patient satisfaction, and clinical quality outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs regularly and adjust operations to meet goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Support business development and outreach activities to enhance brand awareness and drive direct admissions.
• Hire, onboard, and supervise clinical and support staff, including therapists and coordinators.
