Legend Biotech seeks an Executive Director, Clinical Development to lead the Multiple Myeloma Pipeline. Qualifications

• MD/MD-PhD or equivalent medical degree required; board certification in hematology or oncology is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of clinical development experience in biopharma and/or academic medicine, with substantial hematologic malignancies experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead early clinical development programs (first-in-human, dose-escalation, expansion, POI) and to support IND submissions and regulatory interactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical lead for the Multiple Myeloma Pipeline across development lifecycles.
• Develop and maintain an integrated clinical development strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Drive pipeline prioritization, resource allocation, and governance decisions across assets and lines of therapy.
• Lead or contribute to first-in-human, dose-escalation, expansion, and proof-of-concept studies.
• Provide medical oversight for study conduct, safety reviews, and data interpretation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform regulatory strategy and lifecycle planning.
• Support business development evaluations, due diligence, and strategic partnerships.
• Represent the MM Pipeline in governance forums, leadership reviews, and external scientific engagements.
