This role oversees early- to late-stage development programs, IND submissions, and regulatory interactions, coordinating across translational science, biometrics, safety, and clinical operations. You will lead a high-impact team in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, driving data-driven decisions and industry-leading trial design to advance

Qualifications

• MD/MD-PhD or equivalent medical degree required.
• Board certification in hematology or oncology preferred.
• Extensive clinical development and regulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, scientific, and medical leadership for the MM pipeline.
• Define integrated clinical development strategy across assets and programs.
• Lead first-in-human, dose-escalation, and pivotal studies.
• Regulatory submissions, interactions, and lifecycle planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align development plans.
• Mentor Clinical Development Team and drive governance discussions.
• Ensure robust data generation to support registration and commercialization.
