Legend Biotech is seeking an Executive Director, Multiple Myeloma Pipeline Lead for the Clinical Development team based in Somerset, NJ. This role provides strategic, scientific, and medical leadership across the Multiple Myeloma Pipeline and defines an integrated development strategy.

The Executive Director will oversee first-in-human, dose-escalation, expansion studies, trial design, regulatory interactions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance programs toward registration

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree required; board certification in hematology or oncology is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of clinical development experience in hematologic malignancies, with substantial myeloma experience.
• Experience leading early and late-stage clinical development programs and cross-functional teams.
• Experience contributing to IND submissions, regulatory interactions, and governance discussions.
• Experience with cell therapy or immunotherapy platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical lead for the Multiple Myeloma Pipeline and provide strategic, scientific, and medical leadership across the development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain an integrated clinical development strategy across the Myeloma Pipeline, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and patient needs.
• Lead design, execution, and interpretation of first-in-human, dose-escalation, expansion, and early studies across assets.
• Oversee pivotal-study strategy, endpoint selection, and registration-enabling planning.
• Collaborate with Research, Translational Science, Regulatory Affairs, Safety, Biostatistics, Data Management, and Commercial teams to drive portfolio value.
