Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in multifamily PM with regional oversight.
• Experience with receivership or REO status.
• Strong client relations at executive level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior operational oversight across a multi-state portfolio.
• Supervise and influence a team of Regional Managers.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings with agendas prepared and sent on time.
• Sit on client calls as strategic point of contact and partner.
• Oversee properties in receivership or REO status when they enter the portfolio.
• Review portfolio-wide financial performance and hold regions accountable to plan.
• Partner with ownership and the Senior Managing Director on portfolio strategy and reporting.
• Step into underperforming markets or assets to diagnose issues and drive turnaround.
• Represent the company externally with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders as needed.
