Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience, including multi-property supervision.
• Experience managing budgets and staff across multiple locations.

• Strong communication, budgeting, and hospitality operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set housekeeping standards and inspection expectations per brand requirements.
• Oversee pool operations and overnight floor care.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the Executive Housekeeper.
• Assist in developing and managing the housekeeping budget.
• Review guest service scores and close gaps between properties.
• Resolve escalated guest, staff, or vendor issues.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and SOP adherence.
• Represent housekeeping in leadership discussions.
