Job summary

Cohere Life, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director for Blossom Rock in Apache Junction, AZ. You will lead the community operations, governance, resident engagement, and communications, aligning budgets and programs with the developer's vision and stakeholder needs.

As a senior leader, you will coach the Community Life team, drive strategic planning, and build trusted relationships with residents, board members, and partners to ensure ongoing growth and positive community outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in community management, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading within a large-scale master-planned community is strongly preferred.
• Experience developing and managing budgets and translating strategic priorities into operating plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for Blossom Rock, overseeing operations, governance, engagement, communications, amenities, programs, and budgets.
• Build and lead a high-performing Community Life team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan across community operations, engagement, and communications.
• Partner with developer and stakeholders to keep the developer informed and translate vision into action.
