You’ll manage events, clubs, and volunteer initiatives, shaping the community culture while coordinating budgets, calendars, and vendor relationships. A hospitality-driven, organized leader with 5–7 years of relevant experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in community engagement, hospitality, or events.
• Experience supervising and developing employees.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead community events, programs, clubs, and resident experiences.
• Build relationships with residents, vendors, nonprofits, and partners.
• Lead the resident experience: welcome, tours, introductions, involvement opportunities.
• Manage annual programming plans and event budgets; coordinate logistics and permits.
