The role demands strategic leadership, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional community experiences.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in community-based organizations or similar settings.
• Senior leadership experience in a large-scale master-planned community or complex environment.
• Strong budgeting and financial management experience.
• Experience collaborating with boards, developers, residents and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for Silverwood’s Community Life team, operations, governance and programs.
• Set direction and build systems, culture and expectations for a growing community.
• Develop partnerships with developers, boards, residents and local organizations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans across operations, engagement and communications.
