Job summary

True Connection Communities seeks an Executive Director for Arbour Square of Harleysville, a premier Independent Living community just north of Philadelphia. You will lead operations, sales, resident satisfaction, and team culture to drive occupancy and service excellence.

You’ll leverage leadership, financial acumen, and strategic insight to align budgets, staffing, and programs with the company’s mission to enhance seniors’ lives. This role rewards high impact and collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience in senior living or hospitality (director level and up).
• Strong problem-solving, situational awareness, and independent leadership.
• Ability to build rapport with staff, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff, residents, prospects, community organizations, and the public.
• Oversee operations including resident support, sales & marketing, administration, dining, activities, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
• Coach and develop staff; align budgets and initiatives with company vision.
• Collaborate with regional leaders on budget management and strategic actions.
