Allure Lifestyles Communities is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and people-focused Executive Director to lead a large, established independent living community in the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, developing people, solving problems, and creating an exceptional resident experience. The Executive Director will have overall responsibility for the success of the community, leading operations, team performance, financial results, resident engagement, and community relations.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in senior living, preferably within an independent living community.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, Senior Living, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading, motivating, and developing diverse teams.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational goals.
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
