Job summary

Harbor Retirement Associates, LLC is seeking an Executive Director to oversee operations across Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care and/or Skilled Nursing facilities. You will ensure high-quality resident care within budget, lead by example, and maintain compliance with federal, state and local requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen and the ability to manage relationships with residents, families, staff and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong leadership with 2+ years in supervision/management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent communication across all levels.
• Able to manage revenue and expenses; budget experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees management of Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care and/or Skilled Nursing facilities.
• Maintains high quality resident care within budgetary guidelines.
• Leads resident/ family conferences; liaises with regulatory agencies as needed.
• Develops operating budget and monitors P&L performance; participates in monthly teleconferences.
• Manages associate relations, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensures safety, compliance with laws, and confidentiality of resident information.
