We are seeking a highly motivated LNHA to lead our 60-bed facility in Virginia Beach. The Administrator will direct operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and focus on delivering excellent care, resident rights, and financial and operational success.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Virginia
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year supervising experience preferred
• Experience in performance management and effective leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic and fully engaged Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the operations of our 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

Responsibilities:

• As Administrator, you will lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with patient/resident needs, government regulations and Company policies, with a focus on providing excellent care for your patients and residents

• Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal

Requirements/Qualifications:
