Luxor Healthcare's Groves Campus seeks an energetic Executive Director / LNHA to lead operations for a 300-bed skilled/long-term care facility, overseeing finances, staff, resident care and regulatory compliance.

The Executive Director will drive strategic plans, ensure quality services, supervise staff, and foster positive relations with regulatory entities and families. A proven leader with healthcare admin experience is essential.

Qualificações

• Nursing Home Administrator License required.
• At least 5 years in healthcare management, with 2+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and reimbursement.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

Executive Director / LNHA Summary

We are seeking an energetic, dynamic, and experienced Executive Director to lead The Groves Campus. The Groves is grand! A 300 bed Skilled/ LT facility with both Al & IL community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, with a focus on long-term care management. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, including financial management, staff supervision, resident care, and regulatory compliance.

Executive Director / LNHA Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to all staff members, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities

• Manage budgetary and financial matters, including revenue generation, expense control, and financial reporting

• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff members

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services

• Maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies, vendors, and community stakeholders

Executive Director / LNHA Qualifications

• Nursing Home Administrator License.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.

• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, reimbursement systems, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
