Job summary

The Groves Campus is seeking an energetic Executive Director to lead operations for a 300-bed Skilled/ LT facility with AL & IL communities. You will oversee financial management, staff supervision, resident care, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality services.

The ideal candidate has a strong healthcare administration background, with proven leadership in long-term care and a Nursing Home Administrator License.

Qualifications

• Must have Nursing Home Administrator License.
• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, reimbursement systems, and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to all staff, fostering teamwork and excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local long-term care regulations.
• Manage budgets, revenue, expenses, and financial reporting.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies, vendors, and the community.
