Job summary

The role partners with college leadership and external vendors to ensure an inclusive, high-performing workforce aligned with the institution’s strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum seven years of HR experience is required.
• Experience in higher education or equivalent industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of college-wide talent acquisition and learning strategies.
• Oversee talent engagement, recruitment, hiring, training and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement policies, tools and processes for talent development and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Institutional Equity and college leadership to enhance workforce diversity.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure effectiveness of talent programs.
• Align human capital initiatives with the college's strategic plan.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or related field

7 years professional experience in Human Resources

3 years in higher education or 5 years in public/private industry
