Florida Diabetes Camp seeks an Executive Director to lead the organization’s mission, growth, and sustainability. You will drive strategy, fundraising, financial oversight, and staff leadership, while working with the Medical Director, Board, volunteers, and partners to ensure safe, impactful programs.

The role requires a seasoned nonprofit leader who can translate vision into actionable plans, foster a transparent culture, and deeply engage Florida’s donor and healthcare communities.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a nonprofit/mission-driven org.
• Meaningful fundraising experience including donor cultivation, grants, and major gifts.
• Experience working with a nonprofit Board or volunteer governance structure.
• Strong financial literacy with budgeting, reporting, and planning skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to communicate directly, manage conflict, and build trust across diverse groups.
