The Executive Director will lead financial stability, community partnerships, and program impact while collaborating with the Board and Program Director to guide growth across Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy including grants, corporate sponsorships, major gifts, and planned giving.
• Oversee budgeting, financial management, forecasting, and compliance.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, community partners, and donors.
• Drive organizational growth, governance, and strategic planning with the Board and Program Director.
• Manage HR, contracts, insurance, and vendor relationships to ensure operational excellence.
