This leader must be comfortable navigating change and having difficult conversations when necessary. Success will require emotional intelligence, consistency, sound judgment, and the ability to bring people together.

This person will cultivate and steward current supporters while proactively developing new relationships capable of expanding FDCs reach and financial strength. The Executive Director will recruit, supervise, coach, and develop staff while creating a culture of accountability throughout the organization. They will lead a well-established group of longtime volunteers
