Job summary

Metra is seeking a Senior Director, Infrastructure and Network Services to lead enterprise IT strategy and architecture across network, data center, and cloud connectivity. You will own service availability, disaster recovery, and continuity outcomes for a 24x7x365 environment serving thousands of users and hundreds of locations.

The role reports to the CIO, drives multi-year modernization roadmaps, and governs major vendor partnerships while ensuring cybersecurity by design and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering required.
• Fifteen plus (15+) years of progressive infrastructure leadership in large, distributed enterprise environments with 24x7x365 accountability.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce enterprise infrastructure strategy, architecture, and standards across network, data center, cloud connectivity, and platform services.
• Own availability, performance, capacity, and resiliency outcomes for mission-critical infrastructure services 24x7x365 across ~4000 users and 350+ locations.
• Lead executive-level initiatives for disaster recovery, continuity, and incident response; oversee modernization and lifecycle programs.
