Job summary

CyberSheath Services International LLC is seeking a Manager of IT Engineering to oversee the strategy, development, delivery, and performance of all engineering operations. This role ensures infrastructure, cloud, and compliance engineering deliver scalable, secure solutions aligned with client requirements and the company’s long-term vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure and engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale enterprise environments, hybrid cloud solutions, and security frameworks.
• Strong technical depth in Microsoft technologies (M365 GCC and GCC High, Entra ID, Intune, Azure IaaS including in Azure Gov), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with ITIL principles, change management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent business acumen, ability to translate client needs into technical solutions, and strong communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Set IT engineering strategy to support service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor teams of system, cloud, network, and security engineers.
• Develop roadmaps for automation, scalability, and modernization.
• Establish standards for configuration management, deployment, and documentation.
• Oversee enterprise client projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery and NOC/SOC leaders for escalation and resolution.
• Champion CI/CD and DevOps practices tailored for MSP clients.
