Job summary

S&C Electric Company seeks a Director of Information Technology Infrastructure & Service Delivery to lead strategy, architecture, operations, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT infrastructure. The role blends on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments to ensure high availability, security, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities span data center operations, cloud adoption, network and compute, IAM, service delivery, vendor management, and leadership of IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in managing information systems, including 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in IT.
• Deep subject matter expertise in at least one infrastructure technology domain with requisite knowledge in others.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and project-management skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT infrastructure roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Architect and optimize hybrid IT environments including on-premises data centers, private cloud platforms, and public cloud services.
• Oversee enterprise data center operations and ensure high availability.
• Lead cybersecurity, risk, and compliance for manufacturing IT environments.
• Drive service delivery, ITIL processes, and 24×7 operations.
