JPMorganChase is seeking an Executive Director to lead Securities Services Sales for the Insurance client segment in the US and Canada. The role focuses on growing new business and expanding strategic relationships with life insurers, asset managers, and sponsors.

You will work across senior management to deliver a best-in-class service, leveraging deep industry knowledge and cross-divisional collaboration to uncover opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Ten years' experience in securities services sales or related functions.
• Strong client-facing and executive communication skills with C-Suite interaction.
• Ability to identify strategic opportunities and deliver innovative client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and win new institutional business in Insurance client segment across US/Canada.
• Manage relationships with existing clients; own commercial strategy, negotiations, and cross-sells.
• Create marketing materials, RFPs, or presentations per brand standards.
• Collaborate with product, service, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class service.
• Develop industry/market expertise; coordinate with Banking, Markets, Asset Management and Payments teams.
