The New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission is seeking an IT Project Specialist to lead technology initiatives within the Office of Program Planning and Management. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver data-driven improvements for the for-hire transportation industry.

Reporting to the Assistant Commissioner, you will manage cross-functional projects, analyze driver and industry data, and translate findings into actionable policy proposals while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with data visualization, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into policy insights.

• Build, manage, and develop IT project teams across multiple domains.
