Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited United States law school as defined in the Rules of the New York Court of Appeals (Sections 520.3 or 520.5) or admission to the New York State Bar.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents and advise on regulatory and governance matters.
• Coordinate data-driven analysis and prepare explanatory materials.
• Draft advisory opinions and coordinate internal investigations as needed.
• Serve as Records Access Liaison for FOIL requests ensuring transparency and privacy compliance.
• Represent TLC at internal and external meetings and deliver high-level presentations.

Education
