Job summary

Community Options, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA, seeks an Executive Director of IDD Services to lead regional residential operations, ensure compliance, and drive growth and development.

The role oversees budgets, workforce development, and partnerships with public agencies, donors, and the community to expand high-quality services for individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least five years in supervisory roles, strong fundraising and public speaking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with five years in administrative and supervisory roles.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Understanding of funding sources and entitlement programs for people with disabilities.
• Strong public speaking at events, conferences, and on social media.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with state licensing and reporting standards.
• Lead development of resources to expand community-based services.
• Drive program improvements and efficiency.
• Identify grants and funding opportunities.
• Oversee fundraising activities to support national organization.
• Promote positive public image and liaise with agencies.
• Set long- and short-term department goals.
• Coordinate with licensing and department staff during inspections.
