Job summary

Orionplacement in Ventura County is seeking a hands-on leader to own and grow a local home care operation. You will drive branch profitability, expand referral networks, and build a high-performing team dedicated to client-centered care.

You will oversee staffing, service delivery, and client satisfaction while maintaining compliance with California home care requirements. This role leverages your strong relationships with healthcare partners and your ability to translate strategy into results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of home care or senior care leadership experience.
• Established referral relationships within Ventura County.
• Proven business development and relationship-building ability.
• Experience leading teams and managing operational performance.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial and KPI management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive overall branch growth and profitability.
• Develop business through established and new healthcare and senior care referral relationships.
• Strengthen relationships with referral partners throughout Ventura County.
