Cone Health Medical Group seeks an Executive Director for the Heart and Vascular Service Line to oversee the cardiovascular care continuum across acute and ambulatory settings.

The leader will drive operational, financial, and strategic performance, align initiatives, and promote high-quality, patient-centered care across Cone Health facilities. The role reports to the VP and collaborates with site leaders and subspecialty practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or higher in business/healthcare administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 10–15+ years in physician practice or ambulatory health care management.
• Cardiovascular leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Heart and Vascular Service Line performance across acute and ambulatory settings.
• Drive operational, financial, and strategic initiatives aligned with CHMG and Cone Health goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for growth.
• Promote high-quality care, regulatory compliance and patient satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop directors and providers; strengthen governance.
