Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis, TN seeks a Sr. Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead the service line, set strategic direction, and ensure quality and compliance. The role integrates operations, finance, HR, and revenue-cycle management within the Physician Enterprise.

The Sr. Director will collaborate with physicians, nursing, and clinical leaders to advance the cardiovascular program, drive growth, and maintain patient-centered care aligned with MLH values.

Qualifications

• Finds and applies business principles to hospital administration.
• Manages financials, HR, and revenue cycle for cardiovascular services.
• Leads development and execution of strategic plans for growth.
• Ensures compliance with hospital, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Oversees collaboration with physicians, nursing, and staff across departments.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a Cardiovascular service line that meets quality standards.
• Coordinates system-wide initiatives for cardiovascular services.
• Develops a strategic plan addressing market trends and opportunities.
• Leads budget, capital, and HR planning for the service line.
• Supports co-Directors and educational programs in the academic mission.
