Freeman Health System is seeking a Director of the Cardiovascular Service Line to provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership across inpatient and outpatient cardiology, cardiac surgery, vascular programs, and related services.

The role partners with physician leadership and hospital administration to drive clinical quality, patient experience, growth, and financial performance across all sites of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• Master's degree in MHA, MBA, or MSN preferred.
• Minimum 5-10 years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience, including at least 3 years in cardiovascular, cardiac surgery, vascular, or a comparable complex procedural service line.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the operating leader for the cardiology service line.
• Set and execute service line strategy in collaboration with physician and nursing leadership.
• Develop multi-year growth plans, including program development and market expansion.
• Own the service line budgets; monitor volumes, revenue, expenses, and productivity.
• Lead quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives across sites.
