Mercy is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to lead clinical performance acceleration efforts. You will direct strategies, develop content tools, and oversee cross-team collaboration to optimize patient outcomes and clinical workflows across the care continuum.

Qualificações

Masters in Nursing or healthcare related field.
RN/NP license/certification.
3+ years leading projects, initiatives or clinical operations.
Exceptional organizational skills for managing complex initiatives across teams.
Advanced data management and analysis using spreadsheets and reporting tools; translate data into insights.
Strong written and visual communication skills; develop presentations and materials for diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

Provide leadership, strategic direction and operational management to develop optimal clinical content tools and processes.
Support improved patient outcomes and enhanced clinical workflows across the care continuum.
