Job summary

Mercy seeks an Executive Director-Clinical Care Integration to drive value-based care initiatives and lead playbook implementation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and partner with senior leaders to deliver transformational change aligned with Mercy's care model and brand.

You will provide data-driven insights and tools to identify issues, develop action plans, and advance program performance across ministries and performance divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Business or Healthcare Administration.
• 5 years of experience in leadership or healthcare.
• Preferred: Master's degree in nursing, Public Health, Business or Healthcare Administration.
• Preferred: Value based care initiatives experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of playbook initiatives to achieve value-based care performance.
• Facilitate cross-functional and cross-community teams across ministry and population health programs.
• Provide data, analysis, and tools to identify issues and implement action plans.
