Mercy seeks a Sr. Q&S Managing Consultant to lead strategy and operations, ensuring clinical content tools and processes are developed to improve outcomes and workflows across the care continuum. You will drive cost, service, and quality objectives while coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.

The role requires a strong background in nursing leadership, data analysis, and communication, with Epic, Lean, Six Sigma, and change management experience highly valued.

Formación

• Masters in Nursing or Healthcare field.
• RN/NP license or certification.
• 3+ years leading projects or clinical operations in a large health system.
• Advanced data management and analysis; ability to translate data into insights.
• Strong written and visual communication; ability to develop effective presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational management to develop clinical content tools and processes.
• Improve patient outcomes and clinical workflows across the care continuum.
• Support cost, service, and quality objectives for Mercy.
• Communicate strategy and progress to diverse audiences with data-driven materials.
