Qualifications

• Masters in Nursing or healthcare related field required.
• RN/NP license/certification required.
• Strong clinical nursing background with Adult Med/Surg or ICU experience preferred.
• 3+ years leading projects, initiatives or clinical operations in a health system or hospital.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives across teams.
