JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Payments Sales Manager for the Healthcare vertical within Commercial and Investment Bank Payments Sales.

The role focuses on developing new business and expanding existing relationships across Healthcare, delivering integrated payments, treasury and working capital solutions. You will collaborate with Product, Banking, Risk, Legal and other partners to position JPMorgan and its solutions effectively, while guiding strategic account plans and a consultative,

Formación

• 10+ years of cash management, payments sales and/or relationship management experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics and client operating models.
• Strong knowledge of payments products including cash management, merchant acquiring and trade finance.
• Experience working with large, complex organizations across multiple products or regions.
• Ability to identify new opportunities, buying centers, and engage senior decision-makers.
• Strong strategic account planning and demonstrated execution capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and deepen senior client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new profitable business from existing and prospective clients while deepening relationships within the Healthcare segment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, understanding industry trends and client objectives to create value with payments solutions.
• Engage senior client stakeholders and Banking partners to deliver integrated treasury and payments solutions.
• Identify opportunities across JPMorgan's payments capabilities based on client requirements and priorities.
• Partner with Product stakeholders to bring healthcare client perspective into product evolution.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with disciplined pipeline management.
• Lead the sales process from opportunity identification through execution, pricing, and approvals.
• Maintain senior-level client engagement through strategic discussions on priorities and market developments.
• Understand competitive capabilities and differentiate JPMorgan Payments.
