Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Payments Sales Manager for the Healthcare vertical within Payments Corporate Sales. You will lead development of new business and deepen healthcare client relationships, partnering with Product and Banking to deliver tailored payments, treasury and working-capital solutions.

You will build market understanding, position JPMorganChase solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, payments sales and/or relationship management experience.
• Knowledge of Healthcare clients and industry dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of payments products including cash management, merchant acquiring and trade finance.
• Experience with large, complex organizations across products/regions.
• Ability to identify opportunities and engage senior decision-makers.
• Strong strategic account planning and execution capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop profitable business from existing and prospective healthcare clients.
• Act as trusted advisor, understanding industry trends and client operating models.
• Engage senior stakeholders to deliver integrated treasury and payments solutions.
• Identify opportunities across JPM's payments capabilities and client requirements.
• Collaborate with Product and Banking to evolve healthcare solutions.
• Create and execute strategic account plans with disciplined pipeline management.
• Lead sales from opportunity to execution, including RFIs/RFPs and pricing.
