Qualifications

• Four year college degree required or equivalent related experience.
• Six years of housekeeping management experience in a healthcare account required.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data; strong business acumen.
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct and lead all operational aspects of the Housekeeping Department.
• Coordinate tasks among Assistant Directors and Operations Managers.
• Act as liaison between administration and hospital departments.
• Manage department budget and track expenditures against targets.
• Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures.
• Mentor staff and promote education and growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and quality standards.
• Establish work standards, workflow, and performance plans.
• Lead Total Quality Management initiatives and reporting.
