Qualifications

• Four year college degree and/or equal related experience.
• Six years of housekeeping management experience at a healthcare account.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• General business acumen; strong interpersonal skills and customer service attitude.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead all operational needs of the Housekeeping Department.
• Coordinate tasks of the Assistant Directors and Operations Managers.
• Serve as liaison between administration and hospital departments.
• Develop and manage department operating budget and ensure adherence to budget.
• Monitor unit expenditures and financial data.
• Establish work standards, workflows, policies, and procedures for departmental operations.
• Encourage and mentor staff creativity and innovation; ensure regulatory compliance.
