Qualifications

• Four year college degree and/or equal related experience required.
• Six years of housekeeping management experience in a healthcare account.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data; strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead all aspects of the Housekeeping Department's operations.
• Coordinate tasks of Assistant Directors and Operations Managers; liaison between administration and hospital departments.
• Develop and manage department operating budget; ensure budget adherence.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other hospital departments.
• Communicate with administration and hospital departments; supervise staff and ensure quality standards.
• Establish work standards, policies, and procedures; mentor staff and uphold regulatory compliance.
