Job summary

Luminare Health is seeking a Client Management Health Systems Lead to grow and retain Hospital System accounts. You will define the strategy, manage executive sponsorship, and lead a team of client managers to ensure retention, upsell and profitability.

You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to align offerings with market needs and broker/consultant relationships to accelerate growth. This is a remote role within the continental US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Advanced degree in related field preferred.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in client management, healthcare or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Hospital strategy and product roadmap with senior leadership.
• Act as Executive Sponsor to large, complex Hospital System clients.
• Lead and mentor client management team; oversee staffing, training and KPI monitoring.
• Ensure high client satisfaction, loyalty, and issue resolution across departments.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Drive growth opportunities within existing relationships and new client acquisition.
