Job summary

Trustmark is seeking an Executive Director, Product Strategy and Execution - Disability, Leave, Dental and Vision, remote in the United States. The role drives new product development through market research, trend analysis, and customer insights to establish a clear vision and prioritized roadmap aligned with business strategy.

You will lead cross-functional efforts to deliver scalable health product portfolios and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years of experience across product development, management and implementation.
• Experience with voluntary and/or group products.
• Ability to lead and influence without direct supervision.
• Proven ability to develop and revise strategy to propel growth.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns product strategy from concept to market with data-driven insights.
• Leads all facets of product development including research, design, sales strategy and market analysis.
• Manages budgets and operational plans for products under development.
• Leads risk analysis and coordinates resources for new products.
• Develops KPIs to measure success and enables data-driven decisions.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and timely action on changes.
• Collaborates with underwriting, sales and marketing to position new products.
