Qualifications

• Executive Director with visionary, strategic, and relational leadership.
• Experience navigating public governance environments.
• Ability to translate vision into community impact and manage grantmaking strategy.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with community organizations and government partners.

Responsibilities

• Listen, learn, and build trust with staff, governing council, and partners.
• Translate vision into focused priorities for greater community impact.
• Strengthen relationships with grantees and public-sector partners.
• Lead evolving grantmaking strategy and use data to communicate impact.
