Job summary

The Bronx seeks an Executive Director to serve as the organization’s chief executive, guiding strategy, operations, and external relations across healthcare, behavioral health, and community services.

Partner with the Board to advance mission, ensure financial sustainability, and expand impact. Lead diverse teams and drive program excellence while cultivating partnerships and resources in Texas and beyond.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive senior-level leadership experience.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• Experience leading a complex nonprofit with multi-programs and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and organizational vision alongside the Board and senior leadership.
• Lead staff development and foster a culture of trust, accountability, and inclusion.
• Oversee program, clinical, and operational activities to ensure high-quality services and growth.
• Ensure financial stewardship, budgeting, forecasting, and sound resource allocation.
• Diversify funding and build partnerships with funders, donors, and government agencies.
• Represent the organization publicly and advocate for communities served.
