JPMorganChase, one of the world’s largest financial institutions, seeks an Industry Executive-Government Banking-Executive Director to lead government banking relationships nationwide and drive strategic growth.

You will manage a team of bankers (7–10), coordinate with Treasury & Securities Services, Public Finance, and other specialists to deliver a full range of services, build client partnerships, and advance innovative solutions while ensuring strong risk and regulatory discipline.

Qualifikationen

• Typically a minimum of ten years account relationship management experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services with knowledge of the region
• Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
• Sales management and business development skills with proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
• Strong technology experience; digital background
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and control framework
• Proven leadership, management, and client relationship skills, as well as extensive industry and product knowledge, and strong transaction execution skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
