You will partner with senior leaders to translate insights into strategic actions, shaping go-to-market strategy, and developing senior leadership-friendly recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data-driven strategy and analytics development.
• 4+ years of management experience leading teams.
• Executive presence with communication for senior audiences.
• Experience in financial services or banking preferred.
• Strong ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Lead a portfolio of strategy programs driving revenue growth.
• Direct complex analytical problem solving and synthesize results for executives.
• Guide initiatives from hypothesis through execution with rigor and outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape growth theses and prioritize opportunities.
• Integrate insights across Business, Data, and Technology to inform decisions.
• Build and mentor the Growth Strategy team, including staffing and capability building.
• Drive market sizing, wallet and share-of-wallet frameworks to prioritize clients.
• Design coverage models and territory strategies to optimize productivity.
• Translate analyses to actionable plans and establish operating rhythms for senior forums.
• Champion responsible AI and LLM use cases to accelerate insights.
