Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Executive Director for Federal Government Relations to oversee legislative activities, analyze policy trends, and brief Congress and the Executive Branch on priorities that affect the firm and its clients. You will coordinate with Global Government Relations and business lines to shape policy initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of policy and/or legislative development and analysis.
• Deep understanding of capital markets and financial services.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, policy acumen.
• Proven and effective lobbying outcomes at the federal level.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, including public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of priority federal legislative issues and drive end-to-end advocacy.
• Advise JPMorgan Chase senior leadership and align stakeholders on policy priorities.
• Build relationships with federal policymakers across Congress and the Executive Branch.
• Lead multi-stakeholder advocacy with industry and trade associations.
• Design and execute targeted campaigns with messaging and stakeholder mapping.
• Produce executive briefing materials translating policy into business implications.
• Lead cross-functional teams ensuring governance and on-time delivery.
