Job summary

A2B Rec is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations to lead regional supply chain activities for a large international organisation. This newly created role reports into senior leadership, covering strategy and day-to-day performance across planning, supplier management, logistics and project delivery.

The successful candidate will build and develop the regional team, align with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Commercial, and ensure scalable processes as growth continues.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in supply chain management with senior leadership experience.
• Experience at Senior Director level or above in a large organisation.
• End-to-end supply chain experience across planning, sourcing, logistics and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional supply chain strategy, planning, execution and performance.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities for multiple large-scale projects.
• Manage supplier capacity, performance, and long-term requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Commercial teams.
• Develop and lead regional supply chain teams; set performance expectations.
• Monitor KPIs: on-time delivery, inventory, costs, and supplier performance.
• Escalate and resolve delivery issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in planning, logistics and operational processes.
• Support growth by aligning capabilities with project demand.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on risks and priorities.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams for process consistency.
