Job summary

A2B Rec in San Francisco, CA, seeks a Senior Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain execution across multiple projects, ensuring materials, suppliers, production schedules, and logistics align with customer commitments.

You will collaborate with project management, engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, planning and logistics to deliver complex, high-value projects on time and within scope. This role requires strong operational SCM experience in fast-paced project environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business).
• Engineering background desirable; 10+ years in supply chain roles.
• Experience delivering end-to-end supply chain in large-scale manufacturing or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain execution for assigned projects, aligning materials, production schedules and delivery timelines with commitments.
• Act as the primary supply chain point of contact for project management, commercial teams and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, planning and logistics to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee material planning, supply allocation and delivery schedules to align customer requirements with operational capabilities.
• Monitor supplier performance, material availability and production readiness, identifying and resolving disruptions.
• Drive on-time shipment and delivery performance to meet customer commitments.
