The Ideal Candidate

We are interested in speaking with experienced supply chain leaders who can demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in supply chain management, procurement, planning, logistics, or operations within a manufacturing environment.

  • A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced qualifications and professional supply chain certifications would be beneficial.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing supply chain strategies that improve operational efficiency, customer service, inventory management, and working capital.
  • Strong experience in S&OP, demand planning, procurement, supplier management, and logistics.
  • Commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable business improvements.
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Experience within chemical, process, or other complex industrial manufacturing environments would be advantageous but is not necessary.
